Convenient Devotionals, by King James

So I have this LDS Scripture of the Day widget on my Droid.  Every day there is a new verse from the Bible or Book of Mormon on my little phone screen.

Have you ever noticed how much more inspirational or personal scripture verses can be when read one at a time and totally out of any context?

Yes, me, too.

Here is today’s verse:

“Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee:  he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved (my emphasis added) Psalm 55:22.

Wish I’d had this one framed and in my house before we moved up here.  Now that I’m here, though?  I might be willing to take up drinking if it guarantees me an all expenses paid move out.  State-side, of course.
